The problem contractors actually have
Construction headcount has to follow the programme. Concrete needs a big gang for six weeks and then does not. Finishing needs a different set of men entirely, three months later, and the programme moves.
Carrying that on your own payroll means either paying for idle men or being short at the moment the programme needs them. Supplied labour exists to solve exactly that, and it only works if two things are true: the gang arrives complete, and the paperwork survives an audit.
What we do about it
Gangs arrive complete. We release a charge hand with a matched set of skilled tradesmen and helpers rather than sending individual men to be assembled on site. A steel fixing gang that shows up two men short is not 80% of a gang, it is a stopped pour.
Documentation is audit-ready. Every worker carries a registered Ajeer contract, an Iqama with a profession code that matches the work he is doing, and a medical fitness certificate. Wages run through WPS from our account and GOSI contributions are ours. When your client or a ministry inspector asks, the file is complete.
Demobilization is clean. You carry no end-of-service liability on supplied workers. Give us notice and the men come off your site without a settlement negotiation.

Can we scale headcount up and down as the programme moves?
That is the main reason contractors use supplied labour. Headcount follows the programme rather than the payroll, and you carry no end-of-service liability on supplied workers. Give us notice on demobilization and the rate reflects the flexibility.
Will the documentation stand up to a client audit?
Yes, and it is the question worth asking any supplier. Every worker has a registered Ajeer contract, an Iqama with a profession code that matches the work, medical fitness, and wages paid through WPS from our account. Copies are with you before mobilization.
Do you supply supervision as well as labour?
Yes. Charge hands and site foremen are available with a gang, which usually pays for itself on releases above about eight men.
