What we supply
Drivers are the category where verification matters more than availability. The licence class a driver holds has to match the vehicle you put him in — and when it does not, the exposure lands on the operator, not the supplier who placed him.
So we verify licence class against your specific vehicle before release, and we put the verification in writing. That is not a favour; it is the part of the job that a manpower supplier is actually for.
Categories
- Heavy truck and trailer — including lowbed for plant movement
- Bus and staff transport — where the traffic record check carries the most weight, because the load is people
- Light vehicle and delivery — the volume category
- Forklift and equipment operators — plant certification checked separately from the road licence, since they are unrelated
Why the lead time is longer
Drivers run 10 to 20 days, longer than most trades. Licence conversion and class verification take real time, and we do not compress them.
If a supplier offers you drivers in a week, they are either releasing men already on the books for exactly your vehicle class — which happens, and we will tell you when it does — or a check is being skipped. It is worth asking which.
Compliance and documentation
Drivers remain on our sponsorship under a registered Ajeer contract with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Iqama with the driver profession code, medical fitness certificate, licence verification record, traffic record check, WPS payroll and GOSI contributions are all handled before mobilization.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you verify that a driver holds the right licence class?
Yes, and it is the check that matters most. A driver holding a light vehicle licence cannot legally operate your trailer, and the exposure lands on the operator. We verify class against the specific vehicle before release and put it in writing.
Why do drivers take longer to mobilize than other trades?
Licence conversion and class verification add real time that we will not shortcut. Ten to twenty days is honest. A supplier promising drivers in a week is either holding stock or skipping a check.
Can you supply drivers with staff transport buses for our workers?
We supply the drivers. The buses themselves are usually cheaper for you to lease directly, and we will say so rather than mark up a vehicle you can source better yourself.
Do you check traffic records?
Yes. A traffic record check runs before release. For staff transport and hazardous loads we weight it heavily, because the record is the best available predictor.
Send the requirement. You get a written quotation back.
Tell us the trade, the headcount, the duration and the site. You get availability, a rate and a mobilization date — not a callback to discuss having a call.
