What we supply

Plumbing is where a manpower supplier is easiest to catch out, because the work is visible and it either holds pressure or it does not. We test plumbers practically before release, and we test them on the material and jointing method you actually use — PPR socket fusion, HDPE butt fusion, copper press-fit and threaded steel are four different skills, and a man good at one is not automatically good at the next.

Crews are available for first fix, second fix, drainage and pump room work, and for maintenance on live systems.

First fix, second fix and maintenance

We keep the distinction deliberately, because clients get caught by it.

First fix crews run below-slab and in-wall pipework to drawing, sleeve penetrations and pressure-test before closing. This is drawing-reading work and we send men who can do it.

Second fix crews set sanitaryware, mixers, traps and connections — slower, finickier work where damage to finished surfaces costs more than the labour.

Maintenance plumbers diagnose faults on systems that are already running, often in occupied buildings. That is a diagnostic skill, not an installation skill, and we staff it separately.

Compliance and documentation

Plumbers deploy under a registered Ajeer contract with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and stay on our sponsorship. We carry the Iqama with the correct plumbing profession code, medical fitness certificate, WPS payroll and GOSI contributions. Drainage and sewer crews receive a confined-space briefing before they go near a manhole.

Mobilization

Typically 7 to 12 days from a signed requirement. Fusion welders for HDPE mains work are the tightest category and can run longer — we will say so at quotation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are your plumbers tested on the specific pipe material we use?

Yes. A plumber who is competent in PPR fusion is not automatically competent in copper press-fit or HDPE butt fusion. Tell us the material and jointing method at enquiry and we test against it before release.

Can you supply plumbers for maintenance rather than new construction?

Yes. Maintenance plumbing is a different skill set — fault diagnosis on live systems rather than installation to drawing — and we hold both. Say which you need, because the two are not interchangeable.

Do you supply plumbing crews with their own charge hand?

Yes. For releases above about six men we recommend a charge hand who can read drawings and take a snag list, which usually removes a supervision burden from your side.

What documentation comes with each plumber?

Iqama with the correct plumbing profession code, medical fitness certificate, trade test record, and the registered Ajeer contract. Copies reach you before mobilization.

Send the requirement. You get a written quotation back.

Tell us the trade, the headcount, the duration and the site. You get availability, a rate and a mobilization date — not a callback to discuss having a call.
