Those sites hold a high documentation standard, which suits us — every worker carries a registered Ajeer contract, correct profession coding and WPS payroll, and the file stands up to a main contractor audit.

Commercial fit-out and MEP. Steady work through the central business district and North Riyadh, needing plumbers, HVAC technicians and finishing trades rather than bulk labour.

Facility management across corporate property, where the fixed-crew approach matters more than the rate.

Mobilization to Riyadh

Standard trades run 10 to 18 days to a Riyadh site, a little longer than Jeddah because of travel and accommodation setup. Drivers run longer, as they do everywhere, because licence class verification is not something we compress.
