What we supply

We supply construction crews to main contractors and subcontractors working anywhere in the Kingdom. A typical release is a mixed gang — a charge hand, four to six skilled tradesmen and a matched number of helpers — rather than individual workers, because that is how site productivity actually holds up.

Every worker released to your site has been trade-tested. For steel fixers and shuttering carpenters that means a practical test, not a claimed years-of- experience figure on a CV. Most of the men on our books have five to seven years in the trade, and we will tell you plainly when a candidate is at the lower end of that.

How the paperwork works

This is where most manpower arrangements go wrong, so it is worth being specific about it.

Workers deployed to your site remain on our sponsorship. The legal instrument that lets them work on your project is an Ajeer contract registered through the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development platform. We raise it, you approve it, and it is documented before anybody arrives at the gate. From 26 January 2026 the updated MHRSD rules make that registration mandatory for outsourced non-Saudi labour, and both establishments need valid commercial registrations and clean Wage Protection System records for it to go through.

Alongside that we handle:

• Iqama issuance and profession-code correction, so the man’s documented trade matches the work he is doing
• Qiwa establishment and contract records
• WPS payroll — wages paid through the protected transfer system, on our account, so your project carries no wage-protection exposure
• GOSI registration and contributions
• Medical fitness certificates
• Iqama transfer where you later want to take a worker permanently

You receive copies of the documentation for each worker before mobilization.

Mobilization

For standard construction trades already on our books, mobilization runs 7 to 14 days from a signed requirement. Specialist trades, or releases above roughly forty men, need longer — we will give you an honest date at quotation rather than an optimistic one, because a date you can plan around is worth more than a date that sounds good.

Accommodation and transport to site can be included or left with you. Say which at enquiry, since it changes the rate materially.

What it costs

Rates are quoted per man per month, or per man per day for short releases, and depend on trade, headcount, duration and whether accommodation and transport sit with us. We do not publish a rate card, because a published rate that ignores those four variables is not a real number. Send the requirement and you will have a written quotation with the rate broken out.
