What we supply

We supply construction crews to main contractors and subcontractors working anywhere in the Kingdom. A typical release is a mixed gang — a charge hand, four to six skilled tradesmen and a matched number of helpers — rather than individual workers, because that is how site productivity actually holds up.

Every worker released to your site has been trade-tested. For steel fixers and shuttering carpenters that means a practical test, not a claimed years-of- experience figure on a CV. Most of the men on our books have five to seven years in the trade, and we will tell you plainly when a candidate is at the lower end of that.

How the paperwork works

This is where most manpower arrangements go wrong, so it is worth being specific about it.

Workers deployed to your site remain on our sponsorship. Where project or client mandates require it, secondment can be formalized through an electronic Ajeer contract registered via Qiwa with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Alongside our standard deployment with valid Iqamas and medical fitness, we can arrange optional compliance services upon request:

• Iqama verification and profession-code matching, so the documented trade matches the work
• Qiwa establishment records and contract administration
• Electronic Ajeer contracts via Qiwa (arranged upon request, additional costs apply)
• WPS payroll — official bank wage deposits via the Wage Protection System (available on request)
• GOSI coverage — social insurance registration and occupational hazard contributions (available on request)
• Medical fitness certificates
• Iqama transfer where you later want to take a worker permanently

You receive copies of the documentation for each worker before mobilization.

Mobilization

For standard construction trades already on our books, mobilization runs 7 to 14 days from a signed requirement. Specialist trades, or releases above roughly forty men, need longer — we will give you an honest date at quotation rather than an optimistic one, because a date you can plan around is worth more than a date that sounds good.

Accommodation and transport to site can be included or left with you. Say which at enquiry, since it changes the rate materially.

What it costs

Rates are quoted per man per month, or per man per hour / day for specific assignments. We provide standard benchmark rates across 35 construction and technical trades on our worker rates page.

Because project variables — headcount, duration, whether accommodation and transport sit with us, and the specific Ajeer and sponsorship structure — determine the final quotation, our published rates serve as an operational baseline (excluding 15% VAT).
