What we supply

Hospitality staffing is judged differently from site trades. On a construction site, output is the measure. In a hotel, the guest sees the staff — so grooming, manner and language sit alongside competence, and we screen for them.

We supply housekeeping and public area teams, kitchen stewarding and helpers, service staff, and laundry attendants, to hotels, catering operations and facility management contractors.

Season is the whole game in the Western Region

Jeddah is the gateway for Hajj and Umrah, and hospitality demand in Makkah and Jeddah does not rise gently — it steps up, holds, and drops.

A requirement placed two to three months ahead of a peak season gets you screened staff at a workable rate. The same requirement placed three weeks out meets a market that is genuinely short, and no supplier can fix that with effort. If you run seasonal capacity, the single most valuable thing you can do is tell us early.

Language, graded honestly

Front-of-house staff are screened for working English and we grade the level plainly — a man who can take a room request is not the same as a man who can handle a complaint, and describing both as “good English” helps nobody.

For back-of-house we screen against the language your supervisors actually issue instructions in, which on many Saudi properties is Urdu, Hindi or Bengali rather than English or Arabic. Tell us which and the release works better.

Compliance and documentation

Staff remain on our sponsorship under a registered Ajeer contract with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Iqama with the correct profession code, municipality health certificates for all food handling roles, medical fitness, WPS payroll and GOSI contributions are handled before mobilization.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you cover Hajj and Umrah season surges?

Yes, and this is the part of hospitality staffing that has to be planned rather than reacted to. Requirements for a peak season need to reach us two to three months ahead. Placed late, the Makkah and Jeddah market is simply short and the rate reflects it.

Do food handling staff arrive with a valid health certificate?

Yes. Anyone released into a kitchen or food service role carries a current municipality health certificate. We do not release food handlers without one.

Do you supply staff who speak English?

Front-of-house roles are screened for working English, and we grade the level honestly rather than marking everyone "good". For back-of-house we screen for the language your supervisors actually give instructions in, which is often not English.

Can we trial staff before committing to a longer contract?

For most hospitality releases, yes. A short initial period lets both sides confirm the fit, which for service roles matters more than it does for site trades. Raise it at enquiry and we will structure the release accordingly.

Send the requirement. You get a written quotation back.

Tell us the trade, the headcount, the duration and the site. You get availability, a rate and a mobilization date — not a callback to discuss having a call.
