Understanding How Manpower is Priced in the Kingdom

The rates above reflect standard indicative baselines for qualified workers. In commercial practice across Saudi Arabia, final written quotations are tailored to project specifics according to five practical variables:

01

Ajeer, WPS & Regulatory Compliance Options

Baseline rates reflect standard operational supply. Where clients require formal electronic Ajeer contracts via Qiwa, compliant WPS bank wage deposits, or GOSI social insurance coverage, these can be arranged and structured into your proposal with corresponding statutory and administrative costs.

02

Contract Duration & Assignment Nature

Long-term contracts (6–24 months) qualify for volume economies, whereas short turnarounds, shutdown shifts, or temporary mobilization involve higher operational overheads.

03

Accommodation, Site Transport & Catering

Rates vary depending on whether workers are housed in Omar Global facilities with dedicated daily transport, or accommodated directly at the client’s site camp.

04

Headcount Scale & Supervision Structure

Releases exceeding 20–40 operatives often include dedicated charge hands, foremen, or bilingual timekeepers to ensure seamless productivity and audit-ready reporting.

05

Project Geography & Mobilization Route

Deployment from our Jeddah headquarters to the Western Province (Makkah, Rabigh, Yanbu) provides fastest lead times; deployments to Riyadh, Eastern Province, or NEOM include regional transit logistics.

Compliance Options on Request

Ajeer, WPS & GOSI Arrangements

For clients requiring formal regulatory documentation, electronic Ajeer contracts via Qiwa, 100% compliant WPS bank deposits, and verified GOSI registrations can be arranged on request. These compliance services carry additional statutory and handling costs itemized in your written proposal.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are these rates fixed or negotiable based on volume?

The published figures are standard baseline rates for standard single-shift deployments. Substantial volume discounts apply to large crew releases (20+ operatives) and extended annual service agreements, with all parameters transparently outlined in the written proposal.

Do these rates include accommodation, catering, and transport?

Baseline figures apply to local deployments from our Jeddah base. If your scope requires Omar Global to provide certified labor camp housing, full catering, and dedicated daily site shuttles—particularly for cross-region projects in Riyadh, NEOM, or the Eastern Province—these logistics are itemized separately in your quotation.

How is Value Added Tax (VAT) applied on invoicing?

All published rates exclude 15% VAT. Compliant ZATCA e-invoices (Fatoora Phase 2 standard) are issued with every billing cycle, including our registered VAT identification number (314425482700003).

Can Ajeer contracts, WPS payroll, and GOSI coverage be arranged?

Yes. Where your site or client mandates electronic Ajeer secondment contracts via Qiwa, compliant bank deposits via the Wage Protection System (WPS), or active GOSI occupational hazard coverage, Omar Global can arrange and structure these across approved establishment sponsorships. Because statutory fees and payroll processing apply, these compliance services are structured as add-ons with costs transparently itemized in your written proposal.

What is the standard mobilization lead time once an order is confirmed?

Standard civil and MEP trades already in our talent pipeline mobilize within 7 to 14 working days. Fleet drivers and specialized welding/rigging trades require 10 to 20 days for trade verification, licensing checks, and site access badges.

Send the requirement. You get a written quotation back.

Tell us the trade, the headcount, the duration and the site. You get availability, a rate and a mobilization date — not a callback to discuss having a call.
