What we supply
Air conditioning in the Kingdom is not a comfort trade, it is a continuity trade. A hotel with failed cooling in July is losing rooms that night. So we grade HVAC technicians by equipment class rather than lumping them together, and we test them on the class you actually run.
- Split and package units — the volume category, widest availability
- VRF / VRV systems — fewer men, longer lead time, higher rate
- Chillers — the tightest category; specify the make at enquiry
- Ducting — fabrication and installation, a sheet-metal skill rather than a refrigeration one
- PPM crews — planned preventive maintenance on a rolling release
Seasonality is real, and it is worth planning around
Demand for AC technicians across Saudi Arabia climbs sharply from March and peaks through the summer. Everyone in this market knows it and most suppliers still let clients discover it in May.
Placing a requirement in February for a May start gets you a better technician at a better rate than the same requirement placed in late April. If you run seasonal capacity, say so early and we will hold against it.
Preventive maintenance staffing
If you hold PPM contracts across a property portfolio, a fixed crew on a rolling release is cheaper per man than repeated short releases, and the crew learns your asset register — which is worth more than the rate difference. We usually pair the crew with a charge hand who keeps the schedule and hands you a completed log.
Compliance and documentation
Technicians remain on our sponsorship and work under a registered Ajeer contract with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Iqama with the correct HVAC profession code, medical fitness certificate, WPS payroll, GOSI contributions and an electrical safety briefing are all handled before mobilization, with copies to you.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you supply chiller technicians as well as split unit technicians?
Yes, but they are graded separately. A competent split and package technician is not a chiller technician, and we do not present one as the other. Chiller and VRF technicians are a tighter category with a longer lead time.
Can you staff an annual preventive maintenance contract?
Yes. PPM staffing is our steadiest HVAC work — a fixed crew on a rolling release, usually with a charge hand who keeps the schedule and the asset register. Rates are lower per man than short project releases.
How fast can you mobilize AC technicians before summer?
10 to 18 days normally, but demand across the Kingdom spikes from March and lead times stretch. If your season starts in May, place the requirement in February and the rate and availability will both be better.
Are your technicians competent to handle refrigerant recovery?
Recovery and handling competence is part of the practical test. Tell us the refrigerant you run, since R-410A, R-22 and R-32 systems differ in handling and in the tooling a technician needs to be familiar with.
Send the requirement. You get a written quotation back.
Tell us the trade, the headcount, the duration and the site. You get availability, a rate and a mobilization date — not a callback to discuss having a call.
