What we supply

Industrial work divides cleanly into two things that need staffing very differently, and conflating them is the usual cause of a bad release.

Running plant maintenance is steady-state. You want a fixed crew that learns the plant, holds the permit discipline and is still there in six months. Continuity is the value.

Shutdowns and turnarounds are the opposite. A large crew, mobilized against a fixed window, working to a schedule that does not move. The crew is only worth anything if it is on site the day the plant comes down.

We staff both, and we quote them differently.

Welders are tested to your procedure

Welders are qualification-tested to the procedure and position you specify. A welder who passes 3G is not a 6G welder, and treating those as interchangeable is how a project ends up re-cutting joints.

Send the WPS and the required positions with the enquiry and we test against them before release. If we cannot find men who pass, we will say so rather than send you men who nearly pass.

Shutdown staffing needs lead time

A turnaround crew needs the requirement six to eight weeks ahead. That is not padding — it is documentation, testing and travel for a large simultaneous release, and the whole point is that everyone is at the gate on day one.

Standard maintenance crews mobilize in 14 to 21 days.

Compliance and documentation

Crews remain on our sponsorship under a registered Ajeer contract with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Iqama with correct profession codes, medical fitness, WPS payroll, GOSI contributions, plant safety induction and permit-to-work briefings are handled before mobilization, with documentation copied to you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you staff a planned shutdown or turnaround?

Yes, and it is worth booking early. Shutdown crews are mobilized against a fixed window, so the requirement needs to reach us six to eight weeks ahead — the crew is only useful if it is on site the day the plant comes down.

Are your welders tested to our welding procedure?

Welders are qualification-tested to the procedure and position you specify, not to a generic standard. Send the WPS and the positions and we test against them. A welder who passes 3G is not automatically a 6G welder.

Do you supply multi-skilled maintenance technicians?

Yes. For facility maintenance a multi-skilled technician who covers basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing faults is usually better value than three single-trade men, particularly on smaller sites.

What safety documentation do your crews arrive with?

Plant safety induction, permit-to-work briefing, and working-at-height or confined-space briefings where the scope calls for them. If your site runs its own induction, our crews attend it before starting work.

Send the requirement. You get a written quotation back.

Tell us the trade, the headcount, the duration and the site. You get availability, a rate and a mobilization date — not a callback to discuss having a call.
